Canton Fair for builders: a guided sourcing plan, not a walk around the halls.
The fair gives you options. Procurement turns them into decisions. We plan your phases, shortlist before you land, and take you through factories in Foshan.
- Phases planned around your categories
- Manufacturers shortlisted before you land
- Follow-up after the fair, not just during it

Why this matters now
Three things that cost you margin
1
The fair is vast
Unplanned visits waste days walking halls that do not suit your categories.
2
You meet traders, not manufacturers
Telling them apart takes experience and the right questions.
3
Nothing is verified once you leave the stand
A business card is not a vetted supplier.
Construction sourcing is now a global price check. Your local suppliers know it. Material costs are up, margins are tight, and a single supplier can hold your programme. The answer is not the cheapest quote. It is a second, controlled supply line that runs alongside your local one, used selectively in the categories that move your margin.
What managed means
How we plan a Canton Fair trip
You do not import. We run the sourcing for you: shortlist and vet factories, translate and negotiate, approve samples, inspect before shipment, and coordinate freight and customs to your site. You keep control of every decision. We carry the detail.
Phase planning
The fair runs twice a year, in spring and autumn, in three phases each. Phase 2 covers building and home products.
Shortlist first
We narrow the exhibitors to those worth your time before you arrive.
Foshan factories
We take you beyond the stands to visit factories.
After the fair
Samples, quotes, negotiation and production follow-up.

Proof
From people who have done it
“My experience on the China Direct Sourcing China Buying Trip was fantastic. It was incredibly valuable to see firsthand what's available and to get a real feel for the opportunities in China. Charmaine did an excellent job guiding us.”

Questions
What people ask first
How often is the Canton Fair held?
Twice a year, in spring and autumn. Each fair runs in three phases.
Which phase suits builders?
Phase 2 covers building and home products. We confirm the exact dates for each fair when we plan your trip.
Do I need to arrange my own visa?
We handle the invitation letter, visa guidance and registration.
Is it risky?
The risk is not China. The risk is doing it without a system. Shortlisted factories are vetted before you meet them, samples are approved before production, and goods are inspected before they ship.
What does it cost to find out?
The first step is a conversation about your project. We tell you honestly whether direct sourcing makes sense for it, and where.
