Why this matters now
Three things that cost you margin
1
Facade packages are a large share of cost
The facade is often one of the largest single packages on the job.
2
Certification is your exposure
Performance and fire-related certification is a risk that sits with you, so documents come before orders.
3
Colour and batch variation across an elevation
Small differences between batches show up across a whole wall.
Construction sourcing is now a global price check. Your local suppliers know it. Material costs are up, margins are tight, and a single supplier can hold your programme. The answer is not the cheapest quote. It is a second, controlled supply line that runs alongside your local one, used selectively in the categories that move your margin.
What managed means
How cladding is handled
You do not import. We run the sourcing for you: shortlist and vet factories, translate and negotiate, approve samples, inspect before shipment, and coordinate freight and customs to your site. You keep control of every decision. We carry the detail.
Documents first
We request test reports and material certification before any order.
Certifier approval
Your certifier reviews the documents and decides whether the product suits the project.
Samples
Samples are approved against your specification before production.
Batch control
Production is monitored and batches are checked for colour and finish consistency.

Questions
What people ask first
Do you make claims about fire performance?
No. We tell you which test reports and certification we request from the factory. Your certifier decides whether a product is acceptable for your building.
Does the product meet Australian standards?
Compliance depends on the category. We ask each factory for the relevant test reports and certification, and your certifier makes the final call. See our compliance page for the detail by category.
How do you handle colour variation?
Samples are approved first and batches are checked against them before shipment.
How long does it take?
About 6 to 8 weeks from the end of the China trip to delivery on site: production 2 to 4 weeks, sea freight about 3 weeks, customs and delivery about 1 week. Production time depends on the product category.
What does it cost to find out?
The first step is a conversation about your project. We tell you honestly whether direct sourcing makes sense for it, and where.
Next step
Start with the paperwork, not the price.
Send your facade scope and we will begin with what your certifier needs.
Tell us the system and rough scope. We will start with the documents.
- 1. We review your details today.
- 2. Ann or Lindy's team replies within one business day.
- 3. Bring a bill of materials or your top three categories.
